Recipe: Pan Fried Cream Dory

Ingredients:

2 Fillets of Cream Dory
All purpose flour
Salt
Pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
Japanese Bread Crumbs

Pan Fried Cream Dory

I used the leftover fish for my Spaghetti with Pesto.
