Recipe: Crunchy Chicken Balls

Crunchy Chicken Balls
This Crunchy Chicken Ball recipe is almost the same as my healthy version of Chicken Nuggets. To add some fun to this dish and make it more moist on the inside, I used ground chicken instead of chicken breast and japanese bread crumbs instead of flour to add that crunch. I also added a variety of McCormick herbs and spices into the mixture.

Ingredients:
1/2 k ground chicken
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of thyme
1 tsp dried basil
a dash to 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper (depending on you desire "heat")
2 eggs

Procedure:
1. Simply mix all the ingredients except for breadcrumbs and shape into mini sized balls.
2. Roll the chicken balls into bread crumbs.
3. Deep fry and cook for 3-4 minutes or until it has turned into golden brown color.
