Recipe: Adobong Pusit

1 k pusit (squids)
1 tbsp.oil
1 tbsp. garlic, macerated
3/4 c vinegar
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

1. Clean the pusit and remove the ink sac.
2. Heat the oil and saute the garlic until brown.
3. Add the pusit, vinegar, salt and pepper.
4. Overcooking the pusit will result in having a rubbery pusit.
5. Add ink sac just before removing from fire.
6. Serves 8.
