1 k ground pork
1 c onion, chopped
1/4 c green onion, chopped
1 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 raw egg
1/4 c oil
1 tbsp. garlic, macerated
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz. can) tomato sauce
1/2 c water
1 tbsp. patis
1 tabasco sauce - few drops
Procedure:
1. Combine pork, onions, salt, pepper and eggs.
2. Shape into 2" balls and roll in flour.
3. Fry in hot fat until brown.
4. Saute garlic in remaining fat; then onions.
5. Add tomato sauce, water and seasoning.
6. Add meatballs and let simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot for 6.
