1 c elbow macaroni (cook as directed)
1/4 c chopped onion
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 c evaporated milk
- Saute onion in hot oil
 - Add cooked macaroni and broth. Let boil.
 - Add seasonings and let simmer.
 - Just before serving, stir in evaporated milk.
 - Serve 6-8
