This Steamed Lapu Lapu in Ginger Sauce is very much the same style of cooking like that of my Steamed Dory recipe. I just added a few colors by adding hard boiled egg and boiled potatoes to serve as a side dish. Unlike the Dory recipe though, I lessen the amount of each ingredients for its sauce since I find it a little bit overwhelming.

Again you can check out the recipe here. All you need is to substitute the dory with the lapu lapu. No need to cut the lapu lapu in really small slices. Steaming a fish is the best way to eat it healthy and by simply adding salt, pepper, ginger and your preferred herb, one can have a delicious healthy meal.
