Hotdog, cocktail style
cheese, thinly sliced (you can also use grated queso de bola)
1. In a pan, heat oil and fry hotdog until thoroughly cooked.
2. Slice cheese thinly
3. Wrap each hotdog in cheese.
4. Cook pancake mix according to package directions. Make mini pancakes enough to cover the cocktail sized hotdog.
5. Wrap hotdog cheese roll with pancake. Secure with toothpick if needed.
6. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
