I love good food. I am not a chef. But I’m a self-confessed home-chef wannabe! I enjoy watching cooking shows – local and foreign. I admire the bubbly Rachael Ray, dreams of meeting Bobby Flay someday, hopes to taste the pasta dishes of Mario Batali and wants the job of Giada de Laurentiis (food and travel combined, who wouldn’t love that?!) Obviously I’m a huge fan of these Food Networks Fab chefs for the reason that they make me marvel at how food preparations can in fact be interesting and fun. And I want to experience the thrill of it so I’ll start giving it a try. Oh let’s stop talking about me and let’s COOK THIS RECIPE! :) contact me at cookthisrecipe@yahoo.com
