Recipe: Easy to Cook Ginataang Tilapia with Malunggay powder

Ginataang Tilapia is White fish cooked in creamy coconut

What makes this dish extra special is the additional malunggay powder, reason why its soup turned green. For those who are curious about the taste, don't fret because it still tastes like any other ginataang tilapia but with extra nutrients coming from the malunggay :)

Ingredients:

2-3 Tilapia (cleaned)
1 tsp Malunggay powder
Coconut milk
Tomatoes
Pechay
Onion
Ginger, pounded
2 Green chili
salt to taste

Procedure:
1. Add all the ingredients together in a pot except the malunggay powder (Usually, most recipes in the net sautes the garlic, onion and ginger first then adds the coconut milk before dropping in the fish)
2. Simmer over medium heat until fish is cooked.
3. Add the malunggay powder a minute before turning off the heat.
