Recipe: Homemade Fried Fish Balls

Ever since we're young, we've seen hundreds of foodcarts selling all sorts of street foods like kikiam, fish ball and squid ball. But we really can't say if they're ok to eat or not, that's why it's always a good idea to cook in the comfort of our own kitchen.

This homemade fried fish balls recipe may take quite longer because you still need to steam the fish and flake it afterwards.  Depending on the kind of fish cooked, fish balls can sometimes have that tendency to get dry or juicy like this recipe where I used dalagang bukid as my fish.

Sometimes people serve this on parties and places sticks for easy eating.

Ingredients:
Onion
Garlic
1/2 kilo Shredded fish (dalagang bukid), boiled
2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
chopped parsely
salt and pepper to taste
4 egg
a sachet of maggi magic sarap
shredded fish
onion, parsely, garlic
mashed potato
Procedure:
1. Combine all the ingredients
2. Once mixed, shape into size of golf balls
3. Fry until golden brown
