Recipe: Eggs Benedict Version 2

Below is another one of my version of Eggs Benedict, replacing the usual muffin with toasted Gardenia bread, the usual bacon with grilled hungarian sausage and I think my hollandaise sauce is much better this time around.

    Really love the picture! it was took nicely! Makes me make those "Ummmmm Yummmm" sounds while looking at it :)
